From Cooking Light (tried it today — simple, healthy, and yummy):
Kimchi-Style Slaw
-1/4 cup rice wine vinegar -1-2 tsp. Sriracha -2 tsp. minced garlic -1 tsp. minced ginger -1 tsp. canola oil -1 tsp. kosher salt -1/2 tsp. sugar -4 cups shredded Napa cabbage -1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions (I used garlic scapes)
Whisk together first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Add cabbage and green onions; toss to coat.
