  1. Kellie Anderson Says:

From Cooking Light (tried it today — simple, healthy, and yummy):

    Kimchi-Style Slaw

    -1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    -1-2 tsp. Sriracha
    -2 tsp. minced garlic
    -1 tsp. minced ginger
    -1 tsp. canola oil
    -1 tsp. kosher salt
    -1/2 tsp. sugar
    -4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
-1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions (I used garlic scapes)

Whisk together first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Add cabbage and green onions; toss to coat.
